Step 1
Season chicken with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. Sear for about 2 mins (browned all over)
Place potatoes In slow cooker and season Add 1/2 Parmesan and garlic
Dot with butter
Add rosemary Add chicken Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan, oregano and parsley
Add slice of lemon
High 4 hours
Add cornflour paste if thicker sauce wanted
Garnish with Parmesan and parsley Serve with green beans etc…..
