Instructions

Step 1
Sear your roast in 2 tbsp butter on all sides
Step 2
Spray a crockpot with nonstick spray or line it. Put the roast and juices from the pan in the crockpot and add the stick of butter on top
Step 3
Add a packet of au jus gravy, 8 pepperocinis on top and a packet of ranch seasoning on top of the roast
Step 4
Cook on low 7 hours.
