Step 1
On high heat in a skillet sear your chuck roast on both sides for 5 minutes, and then remove from the pan.
Step 2
Next put your seared pot roast in a crock pot and add your butter, ranch packet, au jus gravy packet, seasonings, and pepperoncini peppers in the crockpot.
Step 3
Cook your roast til tender that’s 8 hours on low and 5 hours on high.
Step 4
Once the roast is done shred the meat and serve over some mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
