Step 1

Slice and core the apples. You can peel them if you want too. I used a bottle cap to take the centre out, you can use a apple corer I'd you have one.



Step 2

Put aside and make the batter. Dry ingredients first, in a big bowl add the flour, corn starch, cinnamon, sugar and mix until combined.






Step 3

Then pour in the milk. I also added a bit of vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined. It should be a slightly thicker pancakes batter consistency.







Step 4

Put some oil in butter on a pan and let it heat up, then place the apple slices in the batter and make sure they are fully covered. Then transfer onto the pan to fry.






Step 5

Fry until dark brown on both sides.

Step 6

Place each pancake into a bowl of sugar and cinnamon, lightly coat it and serve warm.
