Instructions
Step 1
Mash the banana in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 2
Add the other ingredients and mix together until you have a thick batter.
Step 3
Heat up a tiny bit of oil in a pan on medium heat (I used an oil spray). Add the batter and break into pieces. Let it fry for about 5-7min until the pieces are not sticking together anymore.
Step 4
Serve with yoghurt or plant milk, fruit of choice or peanut butter.
