Instructions

Step 1
Using a medium saucepan, bring chicken stock to boil over medium heat.
Step 2
Add polenta to boiling chicken stock, turn temperature down to simmer, and whisk continuously until polenta consistency is nearly complete.
Step 3
Remove from heat while continuing to whisk for another few minutes. Once polenta is no longer heavily steaming, fold in Greek yogurt and parm.
