Instructions
Step 1
Add flour, salt, and yeast into a bowl. Mix together.

Add the water. And mix. Let rest for 30 minutes.

Fold 4 times and top with olive oil

Oil a pan, add the dough to the pan (oil your hands so it doesn’t stick) cover with more oil, cover and place in the fridge overnight
Step 5
Remove from fridge and let it proof at room temperature for 90 minutes.
Step 6
Oil your fingers and press the bread to leave dimples
Step 7
Optional but you can add rosemary, flakey salt or rock salt.
Step 8
Preheat the oven at 428°F (220°C)
Step 9
Bake for 30 minutes or 25 for a lighter color
