Instructions
Step 1
Marinate tenders overnight in seasoning

Heat oil on medium heat

Cook tenders in instapot for 10 mins

Mix egg and Mayo batter

Remove tenders when done and let them cool

Mix flour, seasoning, and cornstarch batter

Dip tenders in egg batter, then coat in flour batter

Place tenders in frying pan on medium heat and cook for 4-5 mins on each side or until golden brown. Remove when done
