Grilled Salmon with avocado spread

I am not a fish or avocado person, but my husband and I wanted to try something new. This dish was very simple and easy to throw together. I did unknowingly cheat and bought pre-marinated salmon. I paired it with grilled asparagus and brown rice for a little extra filling and it was perfect! The salmon was so flavorful and melted like butter with every bite. Zero fishy flavor!

Instructions

Step 1
• In a large mixing bowl, mix together oil, salt, pepper, paprika.

Step 2
• Coat Salmon with marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
• In a separate mixing bowl, mix avocado, 1/4 chopped onion, lime juice, 1 tbsp oil and salt.
Step 4
• Grill Salmon in skillet on high heat for 2 minutes on each side
Step 5
• Spoon avocado spread on top of cooked Salmon and sprinkle chopped cilantro overtop for garnish.
