For the spice mix
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspchili
1 tspginger powder
1 tspcumin
1 tspblack pepper
1 ½ tspsalt

Instructions
For the spice mix
Step 1
Add all the ingredients together then mix in a small bowl to combine
garlic powder1 tsp
onion powder1 tsp
smoked paprika1 tsp
chili1 tsp
ginger powder1 tsp
cumin1 tsp
For the wings
Step 2
Pat the wings dry with kitchen paper and add half of the seasoning mix ( store in a container for a later batch ) . Mix to coat in the seasoning then put in the air fryer at 180 c 375 f for 15 minutes
For the sauce
Step 3
Melt the ingredients together in a pan and let it get nice and sticky and bubbly then toss in the cooked wings and coat in the sticky sauce . Serve and enjoy
