Make slurry out 1/4 cup of stock and cornstarch

To a pan, add rest of stock, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and water chestnuts . Boil

Reduce for about 10 minutes
Step 4
Add in diced pepper. Cook for about three more minutes or until chicken is cooked through
Step 5
Incorporate slurry to thicken. Cool for a bit
Step 6
Add mandarines and heat them through. Serve over rice
