Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced zucchinis with olive oil until evenly coated.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Dip each zucchini slice/spear into the bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat both sides.
Step 5
Arrange the coated zucchini slices/spears in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a healthy snack or side dish.
