Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, add self-raising flour, yogurt, baking powder and sweetener and mix until a dough is formed. It will take a few minutes, using your hands will help to bind everything together
Step 2
Sprinkle a surface with some flour and then roll out the dough into a long rectangle shape.
Step 3
Melt the nutella and spread this over the top of the rolled out dough
Step 4
Roll the dough into a cylinder shape and then cut it into 12 sections.
Step 5
Bake at 180C for 15 mins or until golden brown.
