15g0% Fat Greek Yogurt
10gAlmond Milk

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the egg whites, 15g yogurt, almond milk and vanilla essence until well combined. Then add the flour, baking powder, and spices and mix well. Fold in the grated carrot.
Step 2
Spray a mini cake tin (11cm) with fry lite and then add the mixture to the cake tin. Bake at 180c for 20 mins until cooked through.
Step 3
Once cooked, allow it to cool (1 popped mine in the fridge).
Step 4
While it is cooling, make the icing by heating the philadelphia in the microwave for 15 s and then mixing it with the yogurt maple syrup and cinnamon,
Step 5
Pour this over the cake and top with a little more grated carrot.
