Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a lamington tray with baking paper.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix coconut oil and sugars until combined.
Step 3
Add in the Biscoff and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
Step 5
Add in the flour, salt, baking soda and powder. Mix until just combined.
Step 6
Fold in pieces of dark chocolate.
Step 7
Pour into lamington tray, ensuring it spreads across the entire tray.
Step 8
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until outside of slice is golden brown.
Step 9
Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing to serve.

If you have time, refrigerate slice before baking for 30 minutes.
