I’ve seen sweet potato burgers everywhere so I made my viral Big Mac recipe on sweet potato “buns”. They’re perfect for all the gluten free girlies out there or anyone looking for a fun alternative!

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven or airfryer to 200°C.
Step 2
Slice the potato and place onto a lined tray, spray with olive oil and season with salt. Bake for 30 mins until tender.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
Step 4
Season the beef mince with salt and pepper then mould into small patties. Fry in a hot for 2-3 mins on both sides.
Step 5
To assemble, place half the potato slices onto a plate. Top with the beef patties, cheese, lettuce, tomato & sauce. Use the remaining potato slices as the top bun lid and enjoy!
