Instructions
Step 1
Mix salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, and 1 tsp ghee together to form marinade.
Step 2
Now dice the paneer into bite size peices and mix them with the marinade and let it rest for 10 mins
Step 3
Now heat a pan with 2tsp ghee in it and add the marinated paneer to it and fry until golden brown.
Step 4
Add some coriander on top for garnish and have it
