Step 1
Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add flour and mix well until creamy.
Step 3
Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Should be quite liquidy.
Step 4
Butter a crepe pan on medium-low heat (4-5).
Step 5
Use a 1/3 measuring cup to scoop and pour batter on pan, quickly spreading by rotating the pan. Cook each crepe until lightly golden, about 1-2 mins first side, 2-3 mins second side.
