1. Slice the kielbasa into bite size pieces
2. In a large skillet, sauté the diced white onion in a little oil over medium heat until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook an additional minute until fragrant.
4. Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the kielbasa and set aside.
5. Pour in the chicken broth, whipping cream, and tomatoes.
6. Season with salt and pepper and Italian seasoning to taste.
7. Add the bow tie pasta to the skillet. Stir well to ensure the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
8. Cover and cook over medium heat until pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
9. Return the cooked kielbasa to the skillet and mix well.
10. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and fully incorporated.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
