Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to boil in a pot (salt pot)


Step 2
Preheat oven to 400°

Step 3
When water is boiling, add potatoes to pot and cook until fork tender, then remove


Step 4
Add potato to oven dish, with salt, pepper, and olive oil, then toss



Step 5
Put an oven for 30 minutes

Step 6
In a bowl, grate fresh Parmesan and add herb mix, mix together



Step 7
Melt butter in microwave for 1 minute, then add to bowl with parmesan/herb mix






Step 8
When potatoes done in oven, remove, add to bowl and toss!


Step 9
Serve!
