Instructions
Step 1
Add all meat filling to a bowl and mix til combined. Lay tortilla on a flat surface stuff half with meat filling. Fold in half and press against the meat then slice in half. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Step 2
Combine all chimichurri ingredients and set aside
Step 3
Combine tahini ingredients and set aside
Step 4
Drizzle evoo on tortillas and grill 3 to 5 mins per side in direct flame to cook the meat inside. Done when crispy and meat is cooked inside
