Instructions
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredient for the dough then add the oil and yogurt and mix. Add the warm water slowly and knead for two minutes in the mixer. Add some veg. oil in a bowl and shape the dough into a circle then place it in the bowl. Cover and let it rest for one hour.
Step 2
In the food processor add the parsley, onion, garlic, and tomatoes and finely chop them then squeeze out the extra water
Step 3
Add the veggies to the meat along with the other ingredients and mix well
Step 4
Sprinkle some flour on the surface abs divide the dough into equal size balls and cover
Step 5
Sprinkle more flour and spread each ball into a thin circle using the rolling pin then place it on the griddle at 350 degrees or on a medium heated pan
Step 6
Spread the meat mixture on the dough while it’s on the griddle
Step 7
Leave the dough on the griddle until it gets a nice color from the bottom then transfer it to a lined baking sheet
Step 8
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
