Apple & Sausage Tray Bake

Step 1

Heat an oven to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

In a bowl combine the mustard, honey, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, water and olive oil.

Step 3

Tip the sausages, apples and onions into a large baking tray and pour the mixture over them.

Step 4

Mix everything through then place into the oven for around 30 minutes tossing everything mid-way. Serve.
