Ingredients

Asiago cheese
shaved, Can substitute with tuscan blend

2 cupsHeavy whipping cream

2 ozCream cheese

½ cupButter

banana peppers
Hungarian

1 TbspMinced Garlic

½ TbspPaprika

1 tspRedpepper flakes

2 tspOregano

Instructions
Step 1
In your sauce pan, add butter and heavy cream. Set to medium heat and stir occasionally.

Step 2
While the butter melts, prepare the cream cheese into smaller cubes, and cut the peppers into thin round slices.
Step 3
Add the cream cheese to the sauce and stir occasionally.
Step 4
Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to boil.
Add penne and cook until al dente.

Step 5
After the cream cheese has mostly melted, add the garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, and oregano to the sauce. Add a pinc of salt and pepper as needed to taste

Add peppers to sauce, continue to stir occasionally.
Step 7
Slowly add in the asiago to the sauce stirring until melted.
Step 8
Allow the sauce to thicken to preference, stirring occasionally
Step 9
Once the pasta is cooked, reserve 1 cup of pasta water to thin sauce if needed and drain the rest.

Step 10
Add pasta to the sauce and toss until fully coated.

Plate and add additional asiago to top of pasta

While you prepare the sauce, pat the chicken dry

Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika

Bring a pan to medium high heat and add butter and garlic

Step 15
Cook chicken to 165 degrees flipping half way through
Step 16
Once done move to cutting board and thinly slice across the grain

Add to top of pasta
