Instructions

Step 1
1. Lightly steam the broccoli until mostly cooked but still firm.
Step 2
2. Season the chicken with the 1/2 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash chicken seasoning or other seasoning of your choice.
Step 3
3. Cook the chicken in the olive oil until cooked trough.
Step 4
4. Add the broccoli to the pan and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
5. Toss sesame seeds over the chicken and broccoli and serve with white or brown rice.
