2eggs
80gsugar
100ggreek yogurt
100mlsunflower oil
100gdark chocolate
100gflour
40gcocoa powder
0.5 packagebaking powder
30gchocolate chips

Instructions
Muffin batter
Step 1
Heat the oven to 180 degrees top bottom heat
Step 2
Add the sugar and eggs to a bowl and whisk for about 5-8min until the eggs become really fluffy.
Step 3
Meanwhile melt half of the chocolate and chop the other halve into chunks.
Step 4
Add the yoghurt, sunflower oil and melted chocolate to the eggs. Make sure the melted chocolate is not to hot. Mix for about 2min.
Step 5
Meanwhile mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together and sieve everything to prevent lumps in the batter. Mix only until everything is well combined.
Step 6
Finally stir in the chocolate chunks.
Step 7
Add the muffin liners to a muffin tin.
Step 8
Finally fill up the muffin liners with the batter.
Step 9
Sprinkle on some more chocolate chips on top.

Bake the muffins in the oven for 20min.

Add the heavy cream to a pot and bring to a simmer.
Step 12
Add the chocolate and let it melt.
Step 13
Add the ganache to a bowl and let it cool down in the freezer until the muffins are ready.

Cut a little hole into the muffin and pure in some of the ganache. Press the removed muffin piece on to the ganache. Repeat with the other muffins.
