Step 1
Cook sauce until boiling

Divide meat, flatten and add filling if needed. Let freeze a bit in freezer

Cook meat by putting meat on the hot oiled pan, cook until the bottom side starts browning. Flip then add water and stock powder. Cook for 3 minutes with lid on then flip the meat. Keep doing this until water evaporated
