Instructions
Step 1
9am: Mix water, flour, and yeast until there is no loose flour and it forms. [Wait 1 hour]

Step 2
10am: Sprinkle salt mix for 15 minutes drizzling a tiny bit of olive oil.


Step 3
10:15am: Set on lightly oiled table for 20 minutes.

Step 4
10:35am: Stretch and fold each corner of the dough ball. Place in bowl and plastic wrap it. [Wait 2 hours]


Step 5
12:35pm: Cut 9-10oz balls, place into a lightly oiled bottom and Crisco coated side, Llyod pans. Push dough out to corners gently. Cover Pans.
Step 6
6pm: Lightly oil under dough. Place into oven at 470°F for 12-13 minutes (475°F if with sauce). Dress as desired and put back in for 5 minutes.
