Instructions

Step 1
Preheat over to 375
Step 2
Line jelly roll pan with parchment paper grease bottom and corner to keep paper down
Step 3
Mix sugar, pumpkin, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and eggs. Mix until smooth.
Step 4
Pour into jelly roll pan. Place in oven for 15-20mins
Step 5
Make filling. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, butter until smooth. Place in fridge until pumpkin roll is cooled.
Step 6
Sprinkle powdered sugar onto a Tea Towel.
Step 7
Flip pumpkin roll onto towel and gently roll. Let cool for 2hrs
Step 8
Gently unroll and remove tea towel from roll. Spead filling and rerolled. Keep refrigerated.
