Papa’s Beef Jerky
7 steps
Prep:10minCook:10h
Usually prepared during the holidays, my papa would make all the grandchildren a few bags of beef jerky. If he didn’t, we would all fight over it! This isn’t your normal beef jerky. In fact I don’t like store-bought jerky. This is rich full of flavor tough homemade jerky. (Though if you like your jerky to be more chewy, you can dehydrate it for less amount of time. )
