Instructions

Dip

Step 1
Squeeze the lime.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Avocado Fries

Step 3
Cut the avocado into 1cm thick slices. Use a ripe but not really soft avocado.
Step 4
Add the flour and seasoning to a plate and mix. Add the panko to another plate. And finally crack the egg into another plate and whisk.
Step 5
Coat the avocado slice with flour. Then dip it in the egg and finally coat it with panko. Repeat with the other slices.
Step 6
Heat the sunflower oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the avocado slices and fry for about 2min until crispy and golden brown.
Step 7
Serve the avocado fries with the dip. Enjoy!
