Instructions
Step 1
Cut ends off Brussel sprouts, then half or quarter. You can cook half the Brussel sprouts, cook them all, or leave them all raw, whichever your preference. To cook the Brussels, coat them with some avocado oil and throw in the air fryer for 10 -12 minutes until a fork can easily pass through them.
Step 2
Chop all the Brussel sprouts into small pieces and place in bowl
Step 3
Cook bacon in preferred method (oven, air fryer, stove top, any work) and crumble into smaller pieces.
Step 4
Combine all ingredients into the bowl and top with dressing. To make the mayo dressing, take 2 tbsp of mayo and mix with 1 tbsp water. Shake well and add mayo or water until it reaches a creamy consistency that can coat all of salad. Enjoy
