Instructions
Step 1
Cook chicken in Pressure Cooker (frozen chicken in Pressure Cooker with one cup of water (or chicken broth) and cook on poultry for 15 minutes, let pressurize for 5 minutes before opening and shredding
Step 2
Cut produce into bite sized pieces
Step 3
Cook quinoa (one cup quinoa and two cups water or chicken broth) on medium high until boiling, once boiling turn down to a simmer, add a lid, and cook until liquid is gone about 10-15 minutes)
Step 4
Add ingredients to plate and top with heated up chicken broth
