Pasta ca’ Muddica Atturrata (Pasta with Toasted Breadcrumbs)
This spaghetti dish is seasoned with olive oil, garlic, and tinned anchovies.

Instructions
Step 1
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve about a cup of pasta water for later.
Step 2
Bake the breadcrumb in abundant olive oil till golden brown.
Step 3
Fry two cloves of unpeeled roughly crushed garlic in oil.
Step 4
Add the anchovies and stir till they dissolve.
Step 5
Remove the garlic and add the boiled pasta. Stir.
Step 6
Add some of reserved pasta water if too dry.
Step 7
Serve with the breadcrumb on top.
