Prepare the Apples

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wash the apples and core them, leaving the bottom intact to hold the filling.

Place the apples in a baking dish, spacing them evenly.

Make the Honey Glaze

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Spoon the honey mixture into the hollowed-out centers of the apples, allowing some to drizzle over the sides.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the honey glaze is bubbling.
