Step 1
Thinly slice the cucumber and place the slices in a container with a lid.
Step 2
Add the gochujang, minced garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, MSG, and mayo directly to the container with the cucumber slices. Add more mayo if you'd like it to be creamier.

Step 3
Seal the container with the lid and shake it gently to mix everything together and evenly coat the cucumber.
Step 4
Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to let the flavors meld, then serve.
