Instructions

Step 1
To strain pumpkin purée, place pumpkin into paper towel, twist and squeeze, getting most of the liquid out.
Step 2
In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and strained pumpkin.
Step 3
Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
Step 4
Fold in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and pumpkin pie spice.
Step 5
Add in chocolate chips.
Step 6
Place dough in fridge to chill and preheat oven to 350.
Step 7
Once oven is preheated, line baking sheets with parchment paper and remove dough from fridge.
Step 8
Place 1 1/2 tablespoon sized dough balls onto baking sheet.
Step 9
Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
Step 10
Let cool and enjoy!
