Instructions

Step 1
Dice up the mushroom and onion
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl
Step 3
Pre heat oven to 250. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 4
Portion out meatballs to 2 oz each. Roll them out in your hands to form a round shape. I wear gloves for this part so the mixer doesn't get stuck to my hands.
Step 5
Place on baking sheet. Bake For 20 min until done. Then put under the broiler for 5 min to get a golden brown color. They will look very pale and gray if you do not broil them. Let cool down and enjoy
