Serves 2-3.
Ingredients:
100g jumbo oats
200g high-protein yoghurt (e.g., Skyr)
150ml apple juice (or milk of choice)
1 large apple, grated with skin on
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp sweet ground cinnamon
Honey or maple syrup, sweeten to taste
For the Crumble Top:
2 tbsp ground almonds
1 tsp rolled oats
2 tsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp sweet cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt
In a bowl, combine the oats, high-protein yoghurt, almond milk, grated apple, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, and honey or maple syrup. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Divide the mixture evenly into two jars.
Rub the almond flour, rolled oats, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and sugar with your fingers until they form a crumbly texture. Sprinkle one heaped teaspoon of the crumble mixture evenly over each oat pot.
