Instructions
Step 1
Place the firat 9 ingredients into the slow cooker or instant pot
Step 2
Stir, cover, cook on low until meat is tender. 7-9 hours in slow cooker or 35mins on high pressure with a 10 min natural release.
Step 3
Mix together cornstarch and cold water. Turn slow cooker to high, then add cornstarch and water mixture and stir until sauce has thickened.
Turn instant pot to saute and add cornstarch mixture stir until sauce has thickened.
Step 4
Serve over pasta.
