SINGLE SERVE APPLE CRUMBLE ✨
We have been making this crumble on repeat. I love that you mix everything in one bowl and then bake. It’s so simple but so delicious!
My personal preference is that the apples are still a little crunchy, but you can always microwave the apples with a splash of water first if you prefer a softer texture.
Let me know if you try this one!

Ingredients:
- 1 small apple, chopped into small pieces
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chopped macadamias or pecans
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp melted butter, or coconut oil for dairy-free
To serve:
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Press into a large oven proof ramekin or glass container. Alternatively you can divide between two smaller ramekins.
Air-fry at 150C or 300F for 10 minutes. Remove and stir so that the top doesn’t burn and the oats are evenly toasted. Air-fry for a further 10 minutes. Note: if you don’t have an air-fryer you can bake in the oven following the same steps.
Serve topped with Greek yoghurt.
