Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 375°.
Step 2
2. Chop the apples, put them in a bowl add the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, flour and mix really well then transfer to a baking dish.
Step 3
3. Next make the topping by combining together the oats, flour, brown sugar, regular sugar, cinnamon and butter. Use your hands to mix everything together really well until crumbly.
Step 4
4. Sprinkle the topping over the filling, put it in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes until the topping is golden and the fruit juices are bubbling around the edges. Remove from the oven allow it to cool down for about five minutes then serve with some vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
