Step 1
1. Season chicken with seasonings and 1 tablespoon hoison sauce
Step 2
2. Sear chicken 5-10 minutes on both sides
Step 3
3. Cut into strips
Step 4
4. Start sauce: add butter, minced garlic and minced ginger, soy sauce, hoison sauce and brown sugar to the pan. Stir together
Step 5
5. Add chicken back to pan and simmer for about 20 minutes
