Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Cream together cream cheese. Add room temperature eggs and blend well. Scraping the bowl.
Step 3
Mix in sugar vanilla and sour cream and blend well. Set aside.
Step 4
Blend sweet potatoes, eggs, vanilla, sugar, and butter. Blend well.
Step 5
Add in condensed milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend well.
Step 6
Assemble pie. Put equal amounts of cream cheese mixture in each shell. Repeat with sweet potato mixture. Use remaining cream cheese mixture to make a decorative pattern on top.
Step 7
Bake 35-40 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
