Ingredients

2chicken breasts
medium or large, cubed

1 tsponion powder

2 tspgarlic powder

2 tspdried oregano

salt

pepper

2 heaped tbspgreek yogurt

1 Tbspolive oil

olive oil spray

8wooden skewers
soaked
Garlic parm glaze

⅓ cupParmesan
freshly grated, finer the better

3garlic cloves
finely chopped

1 Tbspfresh parsley
finely chopped

2 Tbspmayo

2 Tbspgreek yogurt

Instructions
Step 1
1. Marinate the chicken breast with the ingredients listed above and place into the fridge for 1-24 hours. Or until you lose patience.
Step 2
2. Once marinated, thread the chicken onto the wooden skewers, lightly spray with olive oil before baking, air frying or grilling. I air fried mine for 12 minutes at 180 degrees and made sure to turn them over half way through.
Step 3
3. While the chicken is cooking, combine the ingredients for the glaze.
Step 4
4. Once the chicken has finished cooking, glaze them with the garlic parm mixture before serving and topping with more Parmesan and parsley.
Step 5
5. Serve these with rice or mash and your fave veggies/salad!
