This is my take on a Asian Ginger dressing. I use this recipe regularly and keep a batch made and ready for almost any salad. The best part is this dressing is very diabetic friendly.

Instructions
Step 1
Use a blender to mix all ingredients, except water, honey and sesame seeds
Step 2
Pour blended ingredient and water into a small to medium sauce pan and cook in medium heat until it come to a boil.
Step 3
Once it has come to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and add in the honey. Stir until the honey has dissolved.
Step 4
Allow dressing to cool
Step 5
Once dressing has cooled pour into a mason jar, cover and place into a refrigerator.
