Instructions
Step 1
Mix agar agar and a 1/2 cup of the water in a small pan. Slowly bring to a boil and simmer until flakes dissolve, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Blend remaining 1/2 cup water and all other ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. Add agar agar mixture and blend again until well-dispersed.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
Step 4
Note: If using agar agar powder instead of flakes, reduce amount to 2 teaspoons. To make without agar-agar, use only enough water to achieve desired consistency, about 2 tablespoons. It will not firm up or "gel".
