Step 1
Bring the water, vinegar sugar and salt to a simmer on medium heat, make sure everything is disolved.
Step 2
Add the spices, let them cook for 5 mins.
Step 3
Pack the jalopenos with some garlic in jars as tight as possible.
Step 4
Fill the jars with the broth till everything is fully submerged.
Step 5
Close the lid and put the jars upside down till they cool down.
Step 6
In a week or 2 they should be good to go
