Ingredients
4 servings
1 packegg white wraps
original, cut into strips
3 stalkscelery
chopped
1white onion
medium, chopped
5 tspground garlic powder
¾ tspground coriander
1 ½ tspdried thyme
½ tspground cumin
3 tspsea salt
¾ tspground black pepper
1 quartchicken broth
2 cupswater
0.5 lbchicken breast
thinly sliced
1orange bell pepper
or red, chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Spray cooking pan with Pam cooking spray. Add chopped celery, bell pepper, and onion, cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally
Step 2
STEP 2 Add spices, stir to incorporate
Step 3
STEP 3 Add stock, water, and uncooked chicken breast. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 4
STEP 4 Remove chicken slices, shred, mix back into broth.
Step 5
STEP 5 Stir original egg life strips into broth, cook for 2 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
