1 cupunsalted & salted butter
softened, split between salt and unsalted, Use Kerry Golds butter for best taste
¾ cupdark brown sugar
⅔ cupgranulated sugar
2eggs

1 ½ teaspoonsvanilla extract
3 cupsall-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoonskosher salt
¾ teaspoonbaking soda
½ teaspoonbaking powder
1 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
plus more for assembling
14 halvesgraham cracker
14marshmallows
regular size
1 barchocolate
Instructions
Start
Step 1
Start by putting out the eggs and butter so it could be at room temperature. This can make mixing easier.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Wet Ingredients
Step 3
Mix butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar.
Step 4
Add in the eggs (mix one at a time) and add in vanilla extract
Dry ingredients
Step 5
Mix in all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder
Combine
Step 6
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Step 7
Add in the chocolate chips (chopped up Hersheys bar & chocolate chips)
Step 8
Using a large cookie scoop and scoop up a chunk and place it on a tray with parchment paper on it.
Step 9
Chill the cookie dough for 1 hr
Step 10
Bake at 325 degrees for 18-23 minutes. (Bake 4 at a time because these tend to spread)
